If for any reason you are unsatisified with your Pinkizh products, you may return or be elgible for a full refund of the purchased price.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to notify Pinkizh Pty. Ltd. within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

If your product is defective or damaged during shipping or on delivery, we will replace with the same product purchased or refund the purchase price.
We do require proof of damage in the form of a photo. Please email photo to sales@pinkizh.com

The purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Pinkizh Pty.Ltd. reserves the right to accept or decline a refund or return at our discretion.  This is for those up to no good. Otherwise we want our customers to be completely satisfied with any purchase of product and feel safe doing business with us.
